3. Hosting and technical operation
The website runs on Cloudflare Workers; pages, static assets and the shop catalogue snapshot are served from Cloudflare’s network. Booking enquiries are transferred to the operator’s EspoCRM instance, hosted in Germany, and announced in an internal Telegram channel. The shop catalogue is supplied by the operator’s Vendure commerce service. Every provider, its location and the applicable transfer safeguard are listed in the Privacy Policy.
4. Activity, safety and participation
Kitesurfing, wing and surf sessions carry inherent risk. Before an activity starts, every participant receives a safety briefing, is assessed by the instructor and accepts the separate Booking & Safety Terms. This page is company information only: it does not replace that briefing, a medical assessment or a signed activity waiver, and it does not in itself confirm any licence, certification or insurance cover.
5. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the Kitebelles name, website copy, photography, video and design are owned by or licensed to the operator. Reproduction beyond lawful personal use requires prior written permission. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners.
6. Applicable law and language
This notice is governed by the laws of Mauritius, without removing mandatory rights available to a consumer under applicable law. If translations differ, the English version prevails to the extent legally permitted.
