Terms and conditions of sale

These terms govern purchases in the Kitebelles online shop, operated by Kiteschool Kitebelles Ltd (BRN C23194572), Royal Road, La Gaulette, 1903-02, Mauritius. By placing an order you accept these terms.

Prices and payment

All prices and card payments are in Mauritian rupees (MUR). Kiteschool Kitebelles Ltd is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged and no VAT invoice is issued; you receive a payment receipt for every order. Payment is processed by Peach Payments; your card details are entered on Peach Payments' own secure page and are never stored by us. Your order is confirmed once we have verified that the payment was received. If a payment needs review, we contact you to confirm the order.

Availability

Some items exist in a single unit and are also sold in our shop in La Gaulette. If an item you paid for is no longer available, we cancel the order and refund you in full.

Delivery and collection

We deliver within Mauritius and offer collection at our shop in La Gaulette. We do not ship internationally.

Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
